This needs to be a very flexible; highly energetic person that is available on short notice as well as planned times. We have had a full-time nanny since our children were born and only have the need now for part-time. We have a 3-year-old boy and a 4-year-old girl. This position would also require occasional full weekends (overnight) as we also have offices in NV and CA that we travel to usually from Thursday evening until Sunday evening.
